A few months ago, I needed to have my old concrete stoop replaced. The stairs had shifted over the past 50 plus years, pulling away from the house and ripping off the siding behind them, exposing the sill. I needed help.

I'm so glad I called Washington Concrete. Not only were they able to help me, they were genuinely dedicated to making me happy. I had a very challenging situation. My house is situated near the corner on a busy road and my driveway is very steep and narrow. Not only were they able to expertly back up their huge trucks, but they took the time and effort to miss running over my large Yucca plant. That may not sound so special but it meant a lot to me. To be concerned over such a small issue speaks highly of their character.

Washington Concrete worked with me every step of the way. I needed the job to be divided into two parts and they had no problem in accommodating my request. They removed my stairs, and waited patiently while my house was re-sided. They then did a superb job of installing my new stairs without touching my new siding or new storm door. Believe me, that was not an easy feat to accomplish. Everyone I worked with was cooperative, pleasant, and made the extra effort to make sure I was pleased with the outcome. I would like to personally thank Jason, Chris, and especially Keith for all their hard work and personal attention.
